Terms of service

  • Wholesale eligibility: approved retail businesses only; valid GET/resale documentation required.
  • Eligible products: wholesale pricing applies only to designated 2027 planners and journals. All other products remain retail-only unless otherwise approved.
  • Pricing: wholesale pricing is 50% of MSRP; pricing may change for future collections/orders.
  • Minimums: opening order 20 books; reorders 10 books; titles and covers may be mixed.
  • Order review: all wholesale orders are submitted for review and are not final until approved.
  • Shipping: checkout shipping is an estimate/not final; actual shipping is calculated after order review and included on the final invoice.
  • Payment: payment is due upon receipt of the finalized invoice; production begins only after payment is received.
  • Turnaround: allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production, processing, and delivery after payment, subject to current production timelines and destination.
  • Tracking: provided once the order ships.
  • Returns: wholesale orders are final sale; no returns for unsold inventory.
  • Damages/errors: must be reported within something like 7 days of delivery, ideally with photos.
  • Cancellation: orders can only be canceled before payment/production begins.
  • Resale: products are intended for resale through the approved retailer’s own store/site. If you don’t want Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc., this is where you state that.
  • Account approval: Waimaka Lehua reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or discontinue wholesale accounts.
